White Glove Trash Butler Service

By purchasing or subscribing to any Trash Butler service plan from Bowdon Disposal Services, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Bowdon Disposal" or "Company"), you ("Customer") acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:

Property Access & Assumption of Risk: The Trash Butler service requires Company personnel and/or vehicles to access your property, including but not limited to driveways, walkways, yards, and other areas, in order to retrieve, service, and return your waste cart(s). By subscribing to this service, you grant Company permission to enter your property for these purposes on your scheduled pickup day.

Limitation of Liability: You acknowledge that the retrieval and return of waste carts, as well as the operation of service vehicles on or near your property, may result in incidental wear, marks, or minor damage including but not limited to: tire tracks, mud tracks, ruts, scuff marks on driveways or walkways, marks on grass or landscaping, leakage or spillage of fluids (including but not limited to hydraulic fluid, oil, paint, or waste residue) from Company vehicles or collected waste, and any other cosmetic or surface-level effects caused by foot traffic, cart wheels, or vehicle operation. Bowdon Disposal Services, LLC shall not be held liable for any such damage, wear, marks, stains, or leakage resulting from the normal performance of Trash Butler services.

Vehicle Turnaround: In certain situations, Company vehicles may need to pull into, turn around in, or otherwise utilize your driveway or accessible areas of your property to safely complete service. You acknowledge and accept this as a necessary part of the Trash Butler service and release Company from liability for any damage that may occur during vehicle maneuvering on your property.

Customer Responsibility: Customer is responsible for ensuring that cart placement locations and access paths are reasonably clear, safe, and accessible. Company is not liable for damage to items left in access paths or in the path of service vehicles.

Acceptance: By completing your purchase of any Trash Butler service plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated above. This agreement remains in effect for the duration of your Trash Butler subscription.
