Everything about your account — signing up, payments, your address, your plan, and cancelling — happens online at bowdondisposal.com. Here's exactly how to do each one yourself.

Signing up, payments, your address, your plan, and cancelling are all done by you, online — just follow the steps below. Our team can't make those changes for you over the phone, so this page is the fastest way to get them done.

Signing in
You can sign in three different ways — and they're separate. Always use the same one you signed up with:
- • The Facebook button
- • The Google button
- • Your email + password
Good to know: an account made with Google or Facebook is not the same as an email-and-password account. They're separate logins.
Can't log in, or "forgot password" isn't working?
By far the most common reason: you signed up with Google or Facebook, but you're trying to log in with email — or reset a password you never created.
"Forgot password" only works for email accounts. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, there's no password to reset — those buttons are your login.
If you're not sure which one you used:
- On the login screen, try each button — Facebook, then Google, then Log in with Email. One of them is your account.
If you have an email + password account and forgot the password:
- Click Log in with Email.
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email — then check your inbox and your spam folder for the reset link.
Logged in but don't see your plan?
You probably signed in with a different method than you used at signup (for example Google instead of Facebook), or accidentally created a second account.
- Sign out.
- Sign back in with each method — Facebook, Google, and email — until your subscription shows up.
Update your payment card
New card or expired card? Here's the exact path:
- Sign in to your account.
- Open My Subscriptions.
- Click the plan you want to update.
- Click Update Payment Method and enter your new card.
Important: adding a card under "My Wallet" does not change what your subscription is billed. You must use Update Payment Method on the subscription itself.
Update your service address
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Addresses.
- Click Edit and save your new address.
Change your plan or add a cart
There's no single "upgrade" button, but you have two easy options:
Option A — switch plans (most people pick this)
Cancel your current plan online, then sign up again at the plan you want. You'll have one single bill.
Option B — add another cart
Keep your current plan and add a second 1-cart subscription on the same account. You'll have two separate bills.
Want a bigger setup from the start? The plan customizer lets you choose 1, 2, or 3 carts, and you can add our Trash Butler service so you never touch the curb.
Cancel your service
No contracts — cancel anytime, right from your account. Cancelling is done online only.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to My Subscriptions.
- Choose your plan and cancel your subscription.
Your service continues through the end of your current billing period.

When is my pickup day?
You'll get a text with your pickup day within 48 hours of signing up — and your red cart is delivered to your driveway in that same window.
- •Just signed up? Keep an eye on your phone — your pickup-day text and your cart both arrive within 48 hours.
- •The office doesn't have your pickup day on hand — it's set by our routing and texted straight to you, so check your messages.
- •Have your cart at the curb by 6 AM on your pickup day.
- •Fairfield residents: pickup is Monday, carts out by 6 AM.
Forgot to put your cart out?
It happens! Our OOPS! Forgot the Trash add-on gets us back out before the week ends — $25, one-time, no membership and no processing fee.
Get OOPS! PickupPut your cart out and we missed it? That's on us. Text or call us at (470) 943-3355 with your name and address and we'll make it right.
What can go in your cart?
Yes — goes in the cart
- Bagged household trash
- Bags under 50 lbs
- Lid closed all the way
No — take these elsewhere
- Paint, motor oil, batteries, propane
- Tires, scrap metal, lumber / debris
- Hot ash, loose glass
- Bulk items (not curbside)
Those items go to a county landfill or hazmat drop-off. We pick up household trash only — no recycling. Not sure about a specific item? Give us a call or text at (470) 943-3355 and we'll help.
New to Bowdon Disposal?
Signing up takes about two minutes:
- Use the plan customizer — four quick questions and it picks the right plan. (Want the full price list first? See pricing.)
- Finish checkout.
- Your red cart arrives at your driveway within 48 hours, and you'll get a text with your pickup day in the same window.
Not sure we cover your area? The customizer checks your zip instantly, or see our service areas (Carroll, Haralson & Heard counties).
Fairfield Plantation resident? You have special quarterly pricing — head to VIP and use the password Fairfield (capital F).
Don't want to handle the cart yourself? Add our Trash Butler service and we'll bring it to the curb and back for you.
