The White Glove Trash Butler Experience: Bowdon Disposal's Most Talked-About Service
Bowdon Disposal
Nobody Else Does This
Standard residential trash service works like this: you put the cart at the curb, the truck comes by, the cart gets emptied, you bring it back in. That’s the model across the industry.
Bowdon Disposal offers all of that. And then we offer something that most trash companies don’t bother with.
Trash Butler is our door-to-door cart service. Our crew comes to your property on pickup day, retrieves your cart from wherever you keep it — side of the house, back porch, inside the garage — rolls it out to the truck, empties it, and returns it to the exact same spot. You never have to touch the cart on pickup day.
We call it the White Glove Experience. That’s not a marketing phrase — it’s the honest description of what it is. This is a level of service that goes beyond anything a national waste company is going to offer residents in West Georgia.
The Face Behind the Service
That’s Jaxon in the photo — one of our own, and the person we put to this service because he represents exactly what Trash Butler is about. When you add Trash Butler to your plan, someone with that level of care is handling your cart.
Trash Butler isn’t a gimmick. It requires a crew that actually takes it seriously — people who know where your cart lives, who return it properly, and who treat your property like they’d want theirs treated. Jaxon is the standard we hold that crew to.
How It Started
We didn’t launch Trash Butler because a consultant told us to diversify our service offerings. We launched it because a customer needed it.
We had a senior customer in our service area — managing their household solo, cart pickup not really working out anymore. Getting a 95-gallon cart filled with a week of trash down a long driveway just wasn’t something that worked for their situation. So we said we’d come get it.
Then we looked around and realized: this isn’t a one-person problem. There are customers across Carroll, Haralson, and Heard counties for whom standard curbside service has a real gap. And we weren’t willing to just tell those people “that’s not our problem.”
Trash Butler is what we built instead.
Who Uses It
The service draws a specific kind of customer — and also a broad one.
Seniors and older homeowners. A full 95-gallon cart is heavy. On a sloped driveway, in July heat, when your mobility isn’t what it used to be — it’s a real physical challenge. Trash Butler eliminates it entirely. If you have a parent in West Georgia managing their home alone, this is the kind of practical support that makes a real difference week after week.
People recovering from injury or dealing with mobility challenges. Knee replacements, hip surgeries, back issues. Trash Butler keeps your service running without requiring you to lift, bend, or roll anything.
Long driveways. We serve a lot of rural West Georgia. Long driveways are common here. Trash Butler makes the distance irrelevant.
Households that are just done with one more thing. There’s no requirement to have a specific reason. Some customers add Trash Butler because they don’t want to think about it on pickup day. That’s a perfectly valid reason and we’ll never suggest otherwise.
What It Actually Looks Like
On your pickup day, our crew comes to your property. They know where your cart lives — no need to leave it in a special spot or put out any kind of signal. They retrieve it, roll it to the truck, and return it to its normal home when they’re done.
You can be home or not. You can watch from the window or not. The service runs the same either way.
It’s the same scheduled pickup you’d have with standard service. Just with the physical logistics handled for you.

Why We’re Proud of This Service
We started this company on April 1, 2023 because we believed West Georgia deserved a trash service that actually cared. Trash Butler is the clearest expression of that belief.
The Red Angels — our drivers and crew — show up every week in the heat, in the rain, and on the early mornings that most people sleep through. Trash Butler asks even more of them, and they deliver it. That’s something worth being proud of.
If you’ve been putting off getting service because of a physical limitation, a long driveway, or just not wanting another thing to manage on pickup day — this is your answer. Give us a call.
