You had a long week. Somebody forgot. The alarm didn’t go off. You put the cart out and the truck came early, or you just didn’t hear it go by. Life.

Whatever the reason, your trash is still sitting there. The next scheduled pickup is a week away. That’s a long time to live with a full cart — especially during Georgia summer.

That’s exactly what the OOPS! I Forgot the Trash service was built for.

What Is OOPS!?

OOPS! is Bowdon Disposal’s one-time missed pickup recovery service. For a flat fee, we’ll come back out and grab your trash outside of your regular pickup schedule. No contract, no subscription upgrade, no explanation required. You missed it — we’ll come get it.

We named it OOPS! because that’s exactly what it is. No judgment. No lecture. Just a solution.

How to Request It

Call us at (470) 943-3355 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM) or log into your account at app.bowdondisposal.com to request the service. We’ll schedule a pickup and get it handled.

Have your address ready when you call. We’ll confirm a time window and the crew will take care of the rest.

Who Uses It

More people than you’d think. OOPS! is popular with:

  • Busy families who just plain forgot — especially in households where trash day isn’t anyone’s specific job
  • Travelers who came home to a full cart after being away
  • New customers still getting into the rhythm of their pickup schedule
  • Anyone who had an especially rough week and just couldn’t get it together by pickup time

It’s a no-shame service. We built it because life is messy and trash doesn’t wait.

What It Covers

OOPS! covers the same cart and contents as your regular service — whatever your standard pickup handles. If your cart is at the curb (or you have Trash Butler), we come get it.

What it doesn’t cover:

  • Large bulk items like furniture or appliances (call us to discuss those separately)
  • Construction debris
  • Items that are prohibited from the cart in the first place

No Contracts, No Catches

Bowdon Disposal runs on a no-contract model. OOPS! fits that same philosophy — it’s a one-time fee for a one-time solution. You request it, you pay for it once, done. It doesn’t auto-renew, it doesn’t affect your regular plan, it doesn’t require you to do anything except call or log in.

The Honest Version

We built this service because we had customers asking for it. The alternative — telling someone “well, your next pickup is in seven days” — didn’t feel like the right answer from a locally owned company that cares about its neighbors.

West Georgia summers in particular make a week-old full cart a real problem. So we fixed it.
